Newever Trade Wings Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Navneet Khare as an Additional Independent Director for a term of 5 years, effective August 5, 2026. This appointment was approved during a Board Meeting held on August 5, 2026. The meeting also addressed the resignation of M/s. PAMS & Associates as Statutory Auditors and proposed the appointment of M/s. Lipika and Associates for a 5-year term. Additionally, Mr. Nitin Oza was appointed as Internal Auditor, and Mr. Manoj Batham was appointed as Additional Director (Executive-Managing Director) and Chief Financial Officer.
