Newever Trade Wings Appoints Manoj Batham as MD & CFO

Newever Trade Wings Ltd announced key management changes following a Board Meeting held on August 5, 2026. Mr. Manoj Batham has been appointed as an Additional Director and Managing Director for a term of 3 years, effective August 5, 2026. He has also been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company, effective the same date. The board also approved the resignation of M/s. PAMS & Associates as Statutory Auditor and proposed the appointment of M/s. Lipika and Associates as their replacement for a 5-year term. Additionally, Mr. Nitin Oza was appointed as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-2027, and three independent directors were appointed.
