Newgen Software Appoints Tarun Nandwani as CEO, Pramod Kumar as CGO

Newgen Software Technologies Limited announced significant management changes following a Board of Directors meeting on July 2, 2026. Mr. Tarun Nandwani has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), effective August 1, 2026, for a term of 18 months. He was previously the Chief Operating Officer. Additionally, Mr. Pramod Kumar has been appointed as Chief Growth Officer (CGO) and KMP, also effective August 1, 2026. Mr. T. S. Varadarajan has been designated as Vice Chairman, in addition to his role as Whole-time Director. These appointments follow the resignation of Mr. Virender Jeet as CEO.
