Newtime Infra: FY26 Results Approved; Auditor Appointed

Newtime Infrastructure Ltd's board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY26 in a meeting held on May 30, 2026. They also appointed M/s. Prem Prakask Dharnia & Associates as internal auditor for FY27 and M/s S Khurana and Associates to issue the Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for FY27. The board reviewed the Secretarial Compliance Report for FY26. Standalone assets as at March 31, 2026 include ₹15.05 Lakh in property, plant, and equipment and ₹2,058.84 Lakh in financial assets investments. Consolidated assets include ₹336.93 Lakh in property, plant, and equipment and ₹1,462.45 Lakh in financial assets investments.
