Newtime Infra Appoints Prem Prakash Dharniya as Internal Auditor

Newtime Infrastructure Ltd has appointed M/s Prem Prakash Dharniya & Associates as the internal auditor for the financial year 2026-2027. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors during their meeting on May 30, 2026. Mr. Prem Prakash Dharnia, an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, will serve as the sole proprietor for the audit. He brings experience in statutory audit, financial accounting, GST, Income Tax, and Ind AS reporting.
