Nicco Parks Re-appoints Internal & Tax Auditors for FY 2026-27

Nicco Parks & Resorts Ltd. has re-appointed Messrs Moore Singhi Advisors LLP as Internal Auditors and Messrs Doshi Chatterjee Bagri & Co LLP as Tax Auditors for the financial year 2026-27. The decision was made during the Board of Directors meeting held on May 14, 2026, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
