NIIT Learning Systems Ltd has announced its 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 12:30 P.M. (IST) via Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio-Visual Mode (OAVM). The company has also released its Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26, which includes audited financial statements (standalone and consolidated), the Board's Report, and the Auditors' Report. The AGM notice and Annual Report are being sent electronically to members registered via email and through a weblink/QR code for others. Members holding shares as of the cut-off date, September 2, 2026, are eligible to vote remotely or during the AGM. Remote e-voting will be open from September 4 to September 8, 2026.
