NIIT Ltd Recommends ₹1 Dividend for FY 2025-26

The Board of Directors of NIIT Ltd, in its meeting held on May 14, 2026, recommended a dividend of ₹1 per equity share with a face value of ₹2 for the financial year 2025-26. The board also approved the audited financial statements and results for the year ended March 31, 2026. S R Batliboi & Associates LLP issued unmodified audit reports on these financial results.
