Nila Infra: Slum Rehab Project Amendment by AMC

Nila Infrastructures Ltd has received an intimation from Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) regarding an amendment to the Slum Rehabilitation Project at "Kajimiya ni Chali" in Ahmedabad. Originally awarded for 728 housing units and 25 commercial shops, the project's scope has been altered. The company will now receive reduced free sale land admeasuring 2290 sq. mtrs. valued at ₹26.39 Crore, down from 4209.61 sq. mtrs. valued at ₹48.51 Crore. This reduction is compensated by an additional Transferable Development Rights (TDR) of ₹22.12 Crore, increasing the total TDR value to ₹78.63 Crore. The project was initially awarded under the Slum Rehabilitation and Redevelopment Policy 2013, pursuant to Pradhanmantri Awas Yojna on a PPP basis. The amendment is considered a regular business activity.
