Nila Infra's Gulbai Tekra Project Value Increases to ₹105.65 Cr

Nila Infrastructures Ltd has received an amendment from Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) for its slum rehabilitation project at Gulbai Tekra, Ahmedabad. The original work order was for the construction and development of 854 Residential Units and 10 Commercial Shops for INR 99.08 Crore. The amendment expands the project to include an additional 56 Residential Units and 2 Commercial Shops, bringing the total to 910 Residential Units and 12 Commercial Shops. The total consideration for the revised project is now INR 105.65 Crore, which the company will receive entirely as Transferable Development Rights (TDR). This amendment is considered a regular business activity and is expected to be completed under the existing PMA Scheme and Slum Rehabilitation Scheme.
