Nilkamal Approves Final Dividend of ₹20 Per Share

Nilkamal Ltd's Board of Directors approved a final dividend of ₹20 (200%) per equity share of ₹10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The dividend will be paid on or after July 24, 2026. The Board also approved the audited financial results for Q4 and the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The 40th AGM will be held on July 17, 2026, via video conferencing.
