Nimbus Projects Appoints Anand Kumar as Non-Executive Director

Nimbus Projects Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Anand Kumar as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director. The appointment was approved by the members at the 33rd Annual General Meeting held on September 29, 2026, based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors. Mr. Kumar, aged 65, is a distinguished former civil servant with extensive experience in public administration, governance, infrastructure, tourism, elections, and regulatory affairs. He is not related to any existing Director or Key Managerial Personnel of the company. The company has confirmed he is not debarred from holding the office of Director.
