This entity was formed by converting the partnership firm IITL-Nimbus, The Express Park View into a private limited company. Nimbus Projects Ltd holds a 95% stake in EPV, with its Managing Director, Mr. Bipin Agarwal, holding the remaining 5%. The initial capital contribution of Rs. 1,02,37,500/- from Nimbus Projects Ltd in the partnership firm has been converted into 10,23,750 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each in EPV. The subsidiary will focus on real estate activities, including construction, development, and related consultancy services, consolidating Nimbus Projects' existing business operations in this sector.
