STL Networks Limited has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary named "STL Networks DC Limited" on October 10, 2026, in India. This new entity will focus on establishing, acquiring, owning, operating, managing, and marketing data centre & telecommunication infrastructure, data centre solutions, and connectivity services. The subsidiary aims to obtain necessary licenses and provide integrated data centre and connectivity solutions with a focus on operational flexibility, scalability, and growth in the digital infrastructure and telecommunications sector. STL Networks Limited subscribed to 100% of the initial paid-up share capital of Rs. 1,00,000/- (50,000 Equity Shares of face value of INR 2/- per share) in cash, thus holding 100% control.
