STL Networks to Incorporate Wholly Owned Subsidiary for Data Centres

STL Networks Ltd announced today the approval for the incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) named "STL Networks DC Limited". This new entity will focus on establishing, operating, and marketing data centre and telecommunication infrastructure, along with data centre solutions and connectivity services. The WOS will be incorporated in India with an initial paid-up capital of ₹1,00,000, with STL Networks Ltd subscribing to 100% of the shares in cash. The move aligns with the company's strategy to expand its presence in the digital infrastructure and telecommunications sector.
