STL Networks to Incorporate Wholly Owned Subsidiary

STL Networks Ltd announced that its Authorisation and Allotment Committee has approved the incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) named "STL Networks DC Limited". This new entity will focus on establishing, acquiring, operating, and marketing data centre and telecommunication infrastructure, data centre solutions, and connectivity services. The WOS will be incorporated in India with an initial paid-up capital of Rs. 1,00,000, with STL Networks subscribing to 100% of the shares in cash. This move signifies the company's strategic expansion into the digital infrastructure and telecommunications sector.
