Thermax Botswana Proprietary Limited will focus on providing support services for Boilers & Power Plants. The initial capital infusion will be BWP 10,000, with Thermax Ltd holding 100% control through TECC. This move signifies Thermax's expansion into new geographical markets and strengthens its global operational footprint.
