Nisus Finance Appoints YMS & Co LLP as Statutory Auditors

Nisus Finance Services Co Ltd announced at its 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM), held on September 24, 2026, the appointment of M/s. YMS & Co LLP, Chartered Accountants, as the company's new Statutory Auditors. The remuneration for the auditors was also fixed as detailed in the AGM proceedings.
