Niva Bupa Health Insurance Calls ₹150 Cr Debentures

Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company Ltd has issued a Call Option Notice to redeem 1,500 unsecured, subordinated, listed, rated, redeemable, non-convertible debentures aggregating ₹150 Crore. The debentures, allotted on November 15, 2021, will be redeemed at par along with accrued interest on November 13, 2026, which is the preceding business day to the official Call Option Date of November 15, 2026. This action is in accordance with the terms of the placement memorandum and debenture trust deed.
