Nivaka Fashions Ltd: 43rd AGM on Sep 28, Auditor Appointments Approved

Nivaka Fashions Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 3, 2026, approved the date and time for the 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 28, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. IST via Video Conference. The Board also approved the Board's Report and annual report for FY 2025-26. Key appointments were made, including M/s. Maark & Associates as the new Statutory Auditor, subject to member approval, and Ms. Neha Anup Poddar as the Secretarial Auditor to fill a casual vacancy. The resignation of the previous Secretarial Auditor, M/S Jaymin Modi & Co, was also noted.
