Nivaka Fashions Appoints Neha Anup Poddar as Secretarial Auditor

Nivaka Fashions Ltd announced the appointment of Ms. Neha Anup Poddar as the Secretarial Auditor to fill a casual vacancy. The Board of Directors also approved the date, time, and mode for the 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 28, 2026, via Video Conference. Additionally, the Board approved the Board's Report, annual report for FY 2025-26, and the closure of the register of members for the AGM. The appointment of M/s. Maark & Associates as Statutory Auditor was also approved, subject to member approval.
