NMDC: Iron Ore Production Up 16% YoY, Sales Up 1.4% in April 2026

NMDC Ltd reported provisional iron ore production and sales figures for April 2026. Production increased to 4.64 MT from 4.00 MT in April 2025, a 16% YoY increase. Sales rose slightly to 3.68 MT from 3.63 MT in the same period last year, a 1.4% YoY increase. Chhattisgarh production increased from 2.85 MT to 3.66 MT, while Karnataka production decreased from 1.15 MT to 0.98 MT. Sales in Chhattisgarh increased from 2.82 MT to 3.16 MT, while sales in Karnataka decreased from 0.81 MT to 0.52 MT.
