NMDC Steel appoints Vinod Kumar Tripathi as Government Director

NMDC Steel Ltd announced the appointment of Shri Vinod Kumar Tripathi, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Steel, Government of India, as a Government Director on its Board of Directors. This appointment is effective from October 12, 2026, or until further orders, replacing Shri Abhijit Narendra, who has ceased to be a Government Director. Shri Tripathi (DIN: 10711675) is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE – 1995) officer and an IIT Roorkee graduate. He possesses extensive experience in administration, management, and engineering, having worked in various capacities within the Ministry of Railway and as Executive Director at Railway Land Development Authority. He is not related to any other director on the Board and is not disqualified from holding the office of Director.
