Noida Toll Bridge Reconstitutes TCWG with KMPs

Noida Toll Bridge Company Ltd has announced the re-constitution of its 'Those Charged With Governance' (TCWG) committee. The TCWG members, at their meeting on April 27, 2026, approved the induction of Key Managerial Personnels (KMPs) as new members. This recommendation was subsequently approved by the company's Board of Directors via a circular resolution on April 28, 2026. The re-constituted TCWG now includes Mr. Nand Kishore as Chairman & Nodal Officer, along with Mr. Kazim Raza Khan, Mr. Rakesh Chatterjee, Ms. Jayashree Ramaswamy, Mr. Sharad Goel, Mr. Dheeraj Kumar, Mr. Gagan Singhal, and Mr. Amit Agrawal as members. This move aims to strengthen the governance structure by integrating key management perspectives.
