Northern Spirits Appoints New Company Secretary and Compliance Officer

Northern Spirits Limited has announced the appointment of Mrs. Shweta Almal as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective August 03, 2026. This appointment was approved by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mrs. Almal, aged 39, is a qualified Company Secretary with over 10 years of experience in company law, finance, and secretarial matters. She holds a Bachelor in Commerce (Hons) from the University of Calcutta and is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. This change is in accordance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
