Olympian Finvest to Acquire 12.65% Stake in Nova Iron & Steel

Olympian Finvest Private Limited, a member of the promoter group, is set to acquire 45,73,675 equity shares, representing 12.65% of the total share capital, in Nova Iron & Steel Limited. The acquisition will be from M/s. Reward Capital Services Private Limited, M/s. Shivalikview Steel Trading Private Limited, M/s. Aarti Iron & Power Private Limited, and M/s. Rockland Steel Trading Private Limited. The transaction is planned for off-market at Rs. 11/- per share, with a proposed acquisition date on or after June 26, 2026. The rationale cited is restructuring among members of the promoter group. This move will increase Olympian Finvest's shareholding in Nova Iron & Steel from 0.26% to 12.92%.
