NSE Returns NRB Industrial Bearings Promoter Reclassification Application

The application, originally submitted on July 31, 2025, was returned on August 12, 2026, due to pending clarifications sought by the NSE. The NSE noted that queries raised by the Exchange remained unaddressed despite multiple follow-ups, leading to the application's return. The company has been advised to submit a fresh application with complete documents and fees if they wish to pursue the matter further.
