NRB Industrial Bearings Limited announced the change in designation of Mrs. Vandana Yadav from "Company Secretary" to "Group Company Secretary and Group Legal Head," effective May 28, 2026. This change, approved by the Board of Directors based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation, is due to an expansion of her responsibilities at the group level.
