NTPC Green Energy adds 50 MW solar capacity in Rajasthan

NTPC Green Energy Ltd announced that a 50 MW solar capacity, part of a larger 200 MW RE Round The Clock (RTC) project in Rajasthan, has commenced commercial operation. This capacity is from the fourth part of a cumulative 300 MW solar component. The project is being executed by Project Sixteen Renewable Power Private Limited, a step-down subsidiary of ONGC NTPC Green Private Limited, a joint venture. This addition increases the total installed capacity of the NTPC Green Energy Limited group to 11,262.51 MW from the previous 11,212.51 MW.
