NTPC Group Capacity Reaches 91,030 MW with Solar Project Update
NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL), a subsidiary of NTPC Ltd, has declared Commercial Operation Date (COD) for the first part capacity of 64.76 MW out of the 225 MW GSECL RE Park, Khavda Solar PV Project in Gujarat. This marks a significant step in expanding the group's renewable energy portfolio. With this addition, the total installed capacity of the NTPC group has reached 91,030 MW, and its commercial capacity stands at 89,950 MW. The NGEL group's current commercial capacity is 10,721.80 MW, and its total installed capacity will increase to 10786.56 MW.
