NTPC Limited and ONGC Incorporate a 50:50 Joint Venture Company - ONGC NTPC Green Private Limited

A new joint venture company, ONGC NTPC Green Private Limited (ONGPL), has been incorporated on 18.11.2024 as a 50:50 venture between NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of NTPC Limited and ONGC Green Limited (OGL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited. ONGPL will focus on exploring and setting up renewable energy projects and assets, both through Greenfield development and acquisitions. The joint venture company will also assess the feasibility and establishment of offshore wind projects and other related activities.
