Nucleus Software Q2 FY27 Revenue ₹227.70 Cr, PAT ₹21.25 Cr

Nucleus Software Exports Ltd announced its financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. For Q2 FY 2026-27, consolidated revenues stood at ₹227.70 crores, a slight increase from ₹213.51 crores in the same quarter last year. However, Profit After Tax (PAT) saw a decrease to ₹21.25 crores from ₹26.29 crores year-on-year, with Earnings Per Share (EPS) at ₹8.08 compared to ₹9.99. On a standalone basis, revenues grew to ₹208.09 crores from ₹196.37 crores, but PAT declined to ₹19.12 crores from ₹27.85 crores. The company highlighted continued focus on product innovation, customer experience, and execution excellence, strengthening its lending and transaction banking platforms, FinnOne Neo® and FinnAxia®. Key developments included the launch of versions 9.0 for both platforms and advancements in Digital Services. The company also received recognition, including the CII National AI Awards 2026 and Oracle ISV Partner of the Year.
