Nucleus Software Recommends ₹12.50 Final Dividend

Nucleus Software Exports Ltd's board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026. They recommended a final dividend of ₹12.50 per equity share (125% of face value of ₹10 each) for FY26, subject to shareholder approval. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Vishnu R Dusad as Managing Director for five years, effective January 1, 2027, also subject to shareholder approval. Amendments to the Whistle Blower policy were also approved.
