Nuvama Wealth: Catalyst Trusteeship Encumbers 19.01% Shares

Catalyst Trusteeship Limited, acting as the onshore security agent, has disclosed the encumbrance of 3,50,74,460 equity shares of Nuvama Wealth Management Limited. This represents 19.01% of the total share capital and 18.62% of the total diluted share capital. Following this transaction, the total encumbered shares held by Catalyst Trusteeship now stand at 9,69,60,340, accounting for 52.55% of the total share capital and 51.48% of the total diluted share capital. This encumbrance is in relation to a loan facility availed by PAGAC Ecstasy Pte. Ltd. from certain lenders.
