DB Trustees (Hong Kong) Limited, acting as offshore security agent for Deutsche Bank Group, has disclosed an encumbrance on 96,960,340 equity shares of Nuvama Wealth Management Limited, representing 53.12% of the total share capital. This encumbrance is related to a loan facility availed by PAGAC Ecstasy Pte. Ltd. from certain lenders. The disclosure is made under SEBI's Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers Regulations, 2011. The underlying shares are pledged by PAG Ecstasy II Pte. Ltd. for the benefit of the lenders.
