Nuvama Wealth Promoter Encumbers 52.57% Shares

PAG Ecstasy Pte. Ltd., a promoter of Nuvama Wealth Management Limited, has disclosed the encumbrance of its entire holding of 9,69,60,340 shares, representing 52.57% of the total share capital. This encumbrance was created on September 9, 2026, as a pledge and restriction on disposal, to secure financing facilities availed by PAG Ecstasy for personal use. The disclosure was made in accordance with SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011, and a master circular dated February 16, 2023. No additional shares have been encumbered since the last disclosure.
