NDL Ventures Board Approves Q4/FY26 Results, Recommends 0.50 Dividend

NDL Ventures Ltd's Board of Directors, at their meeting on April 21, 2026, approved the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board also recommended a final dividend of Re. 0.50 per share (5% of face value) for the financial year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The statutory auditors, M/s. S. K. Patodia, Chartered Accountants, issued an unmodified opinion on the financial results.
