NDL Ventures Limited (formerly NXTDIGITAL Limited) has announced that a meeting of its equity shareholders will be held on July 30, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. IST via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means. This meeting, directed by the NCLT, is to consider and approve the proposed Scheme of Merger by Absorption of Hinduja Leyland Finance Limited (HLFL) into NDL Ventures.
