Avantel Board approves subsidiary merger & MoA alteration

Avantel Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 18, 2026, approved the merger of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Imeds Global Private Limited, into Avantel Limited. Additionally, the Board considered and approved the alteration of the company's Memorandum of Association. This alteration involves inserting additional main objects, including the research, design, development, and dealing in medical devices, healthcare services, and space/satellite technology. Both the merger proposal and the MoA alteration are subject to the approval of the company's shareholders through a Postal Ballot.
