Veranda Learning: Amalgamation Scheme Approved by Regional Director

Veranda Learning Solutions Ltd announced that the Regional Director, Southern Region, has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation involving its wholly owned subsidiaries Veranda IAS Learning Solutions Private Limited and Veranda Race Learning Solutions Private Limited, along with stepdown subsidiary Neyyar Academy Private Limited. The amalgamation, effective from the appointed date upon filing with the Registrar of Companies, will result in the dissolution of the transferor companies without winding up. This corporate action is distinct from a previously announced demerger scheme related to the company's commerce vertical.
