Veranda Learning Solutions Increases Authorised Share Capital by ₹37.5 Cr

Veranda Learning Solutions Ltd has announced an increase in its authorised share capital by ₹37,50,00,000 (Thirty-Seven Crores and Fifty Lakhs) pursuant to a Composite Scheme of Arrangement. This increase is a result of merging the authorised share capital of Veranda XL Learning Solutions Private Limited (VXLS) with that of Veranda Learning Solutions Limited (VLS). The total authorised share capital of VLS now stands at ₹147,50,00,000 (One Hundred and Forty-Seven Crores and Fifty Lakhs), comprising equity shares and preference shares. This change has been effected from the First Appointed Date as per the Scheme and has modified Clause 5 of VLS's Memorandum of Association.
