ACME Solar Holdings to amalgamate three wholly-owned subsidiaries

ACME Solar Holdings Ltd announced that its board of directors, in a meeting held on September 18, 2026, approved a Scheme of Amalgamation. The scheme involves the amalgamation of three wholly-owned subsidiaries: ACME Pokhran Solar Private Limited, ACME Sikar Solar Private Limited, and ACME Eco Clean Energy Private Limited, with and into the parent company, ACME Solar Holdings Limited. This move is in accordance with Sections 230-232 of the Companies Act, 2013. The transferor companies had a combined turnover of ₹1,639.28 million and a net worth of ₹2,052.62 million as of March 31, 2026. The parent company reported a turnover of ₹39,109.50 million and a net worth of ₹49,515.93 million for the same period. The amalgamation is considered a related party transaction but is exempt from certain provisions of the Companies Act and SEBI Listing Regulations.
