Oberoi Realty Launches Ultra-Luxury Project 'Three Sixty North' in Gurugram

Oberoi Realty has announced the launch of its new ultra-luxury residential project, 'Three Sixty North', in Gurugram. Spread across 14.8 acres on Golf Course Extension Road, Sector 58, the development draws inspiration from the 'Three Sixty West' project in Mumbai. It will feature seven residential towers, landscaped gardens, a clubhouse, and curated retail spaces. Phase 1 will offer expansive residences (3 BHK + Studio, 4 BHK + Studio, Duplex, Penthouse) ranging from 5,500 sq. ft. to over 13,000 sq. ft., with prices starting from ₹18 crore. This launch marks Oberoi Realty's entry into the NCR market, aiming to establish a new landmark in the region.
