OCCL Ltd has appointed Mr. Rajneesh Dhiman as Senior Management Personnel and Head - Sales and Marketing, effective from February 4, 2026. Mr. Dhiman has over 23 years of experience in the chemicals and materials industry, including leadership roles in sales and marketing, pricing and margin management, market development, customer engagement, and strategic business planning across domestic and international markets. He was previously associated with OCCL from December 2017 to June 2025, and has also held senior positions with Balkrishna Industries Limited, Continental Carbon India Limited, and Arjowiggins India Private Limited.
