Om Infra Appoints New Statutory Auditor

Om Infra Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. Khandelwal Badaya & Co. as its new Statutory Auditors. This appointment fills a casual vacancy created by the resignation of the previous auditors, M/s Ravi Sharma & Co. The new auditors will serve from June 13, 2026, until the conclusion of the upcoming Annual General Meeting, subject to shareholder ratification. The Board of Directors approved this decision based on the Audit Committee's recommendation.
