Omaxe Partners Lemon Tree for 10 Hotels, 4,000 Keys

Omaxe Ltd. has entered into an MOU with Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels, to operate 10 hotel projects across India with 4,000 keys. This collaboration is part of Omaxe's INR 6,200 crore hospitality expansion plan. The 10 projects involve an estimated investment of INR 4,000 crore and are located in cities like Lucknow, Vrindavan, and Ghaziabad. The projects will be developed using a sale-led model, funded by sales proceeds, and are expected to be commissioned within nine months to five years. This partnership aims to leverage Lemon Tree's operational expertise and Omaxe's development experience to cater to growing hospitality demand in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
