Omkar Pharmachem Ltd has announced its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at Hotel Kanak, Ahmedabad. The meeting will cover ordinary business, including the adoption of audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026, and the re-appointment of a director retiring by rotation. Special business includes considering and approving material related party transactions up to ₹25,00,000 for the financial year 2026-27, provided they are at arm's length and in the ordinary course of business.
