OnEMI Technology Solutions Incorporates Wholly Owned Subsidiary

OnEMI Technology Solutions Ltd has officially incorporated its wholly owned subsidiary, "Invincible Minds Private Limited," on June 17, 2026. This move is part of the company's strategic initiative to expand its presence in the financial services sector through various non-lending business activities. OnEMI Technology Solutions will subscribe to the entire initial paid-up share capital of the subsidiary, amounting to INR 9 Crores for 90,00,000 equity shares, thus holding 100% ownership. The incorporation was approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
