PNC Infratech Incorporates Subsidiary for Highway Project

PNC Infratech Limited has announced the incorporation of a new wholly-owned subsidiary, 'Mustafabad Biswariya Highway Private Limited', on June 16, 2026. This Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) has been established to implement a highway project awarded by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). The subsidiary has an authorized capital of ₹15,00,000 and a subscribed and paid-up capital of ₹10,00,000. The project involves the construction of a 4-lane highway on NH-927 in Uttar Pradesh on a Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM). The subsidiary is yet to commence business operations.
