The project is on an EPC basis and is valued at ₹194.40 Crore, exclusive of GST. The completion period is 24 months. The LOA was received on June 1, 2026.

The negotiated price for the project is ₹559.53 Crore, excluding GST, reduced from an initial quoted price of ₹571.81 crore. The project is to be executed within 36 months.
